Precision Clean 2000™

Clearer, cleaner, and stronger than PC II, this NASA-certified film is the newest and most innovative addition to our extensive clean room packaging line. PC2000™ bags are manufactured in our ISO Class 4 cleanroom, are available printed and unprinted, and are suitable for Gamma or Ethylene Oxide sterilization. PC2000 bags are manufactured from ultra-pure and pristine resins with excellent clarity.

To ensure the highest standards of traceability and quality, each order is manufactured from its own exclusive base of raw material, which is tested regularly for leachables, extractables and offgassing characteristics. Each manufacturing job is tested for particle content and certified with a letter of conformance.

PC2000 features qualities of clarity, strength & cleanliness that are ideal for packaging semi-conductor wafer boxes, medical devices, cleanroom gowns, gloves, wipes or any other product requiring similar levels of cleanliness.

These bags will be available in gauges from .0015" to .004" and in custom sizes ranging from 2" x 3" to 48" x 52" (flat bags). Bottom and side gusseted bags are also available, as well as rollstock in continuous tube and centerfold format.
