Top Load Redi Rak

Grommet Bags:

A unique stock program that allows you to conveniently choose a variety of clear 3 mil polyethylene bag
sizes with a reinforced paper grommet hang hole.  These stock bags have an area at the top of the bag ready to receive a printed chipboard insert card.  Fisher stocks these insert cards which can be printed up to 4 colors – 2 colors each side. This is a quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive format to get a start up product onto retail shelves in a professional, attractive, format.  This program is also used extensively by retailers that buy in bulk and add value to their products by splitting them into consumer friendly purchase quantities using these bags. The reinforced paper grommet hang hole easily holds 3 pounds and is extremely durable. This format is incredibly fill friendly. You simply pop the insert card in the top pocket, your product in the bottom pocket, and one seal with an impulse sealer closes both pockets.

These size dimensions are the pocket size for your product.  Add 1 ½” to the length if you wish the total outer dimension. The insert cards are made to fit into the additional 1 ½” pocket.

Header Bag:

A bottom load bag with a header area with a hang hole, isolated from a compartment that contains your product. This allows a usage area that is completely sealed in and protected after you fill and seal. A variety of films are available.  High qualtity printing and wicketing is available.

Reinforced Header Bag:

A header bag with an additional strip of heavy plastic in the header area that allows you to hang heavier product on hanging racks.  High quality printing and wicketing is available.

Metal Grommet:

A bag that uses a heavy brass ring to reinforce a hang hole, allowing a bag to hold more weight.  This metal grommet can be
placed on any type of bag.

Paper Grommet:

See “Top Load Redi Rak Grommet Bags”. In addition we can manufacture any size paper grommet bag. The paper grommet reinforces hang holes, allowing you to hang heavy items. Printed and wicketed formats in a variety of film types are available.
