Fisher Container Corp. Announces New Office Promotions

I am excited to announce some changes in our front office effective today.

Sharon Russ has been promoted to Office Manager. Sharon has developed a solid knowledge of all of our office procedures over the last few years and is a great problem solver. She has a solid knowledge of what we need to do here to keep growing. She will now be responsible for all activities in the everyday functioning of our office. All office issues, including work scheduling, vacation scheduling, office meetings, daily work responsibilities and any other issues relating to the office will now be handled by Sharon. Anyone who was previously reporting to Rosanne will now report to Sharon.

Rosanne Kleinhans has been promoted to a brand new position here, IT Manager. Ro has been spending the vast majority of her time over the last several months handling computer hardware and software issues and has done an excellent job at solving many problems. She is now going to be devoted full time to this task. Any questions, problems or issues you have with your computer or software, please see Rosanne directly.

Melissa Pennington is also being promoted to a brand new position here. Melissa's title will now be Specialty Films Manager. Melissa has been working very hard for quite some time handling the materials processing in our new lamination and pouch departments. She has developed a keen understanding of some of the specialty films we are now using, like polyester and nylon, and has been a key facilitator in getting our material orders and production orders for these two departments moving along. As we continue to develop these specialty businesses, Melissa will work on keeping source information and material specifications current, help with materials selections for lamination orders, be the pricing coordinator for these new products, develop new sources and will be the go to person for specialty film information.

Everyone here at Fisher has done an exemplary job this past year and you are all responsible for helping us grow and be profitable. We have developed not only a great team at Fisher but a great family and we sincerely thank you all for your great efforts as we move forward.
