Industrial Bags - Standard Stock and Custom Manufactured

Fisher Container has the capability to produce a huge variety or printed and unprinted custom industrial bags (see printing section for printing capabilities and film section for available film types).  Available film thickness will vary by film type, but typical gauges will run from .0005 mil to .010 mil in our most common films.  In addition, we have an incredible selection of industrial
stock bags. 

Following are descriptions of our most common styles of industrial bags.

Layflat bottom seal:

  Bags formed from tubing with one compression bottom seal.  There is a tail on the bottom of the bags.  This style of bottom seal bag is more leak resistant than hot knife bottom seal bags.  Stock sizes from 2” x 2” to 38” x 65” in thickness from 1 - 6 mils.  Custom sizes are available. Bags on a roll:

  Bottom seal bags on a roll with a perforation between each bag, allowing you to tear one bag at a time off a roll for convenient fill.  Stock sizes from 3” x 5” to 48” x 60”,  in 2 and 4 mils thick.

Layflat twin seal:

Bags formed with a fold over bottom and compression seals on both sides.  There is a tail on each side of the bag.  This style of side sealed bag is more leak resistant than hot knife side seal bags.  Custom sizes from 4” x 4” to 48” x 48” in film thickness 1- 10 mils.		  

Autobags on a roll:

  bottom seal bags on a roll, with each bag separated with a perforation, and one side of the opening loose, to allow easy fill on automated fill equipment.  Please enquire for custom sizes.
 

Layflat hot knife side seal:

  Bags formed with a fold over bottom seal and hot knife side seals. Custom sizes available from 3” x 3” to 56” x  56” , from 1- 10 mils thick.		  

Liner bags:

  We have a large variety of poly liner bags available for drums, gaylords, etc..  Please enquire for sizes and gauges.
Side Gausset Bags

Side Gusset bags:

Bottom seal bags with a V- fold on both sides allowing the opening to open in the shape of a rectangle.  The bottom seal is a compression seal and the bags have a slight tail on the bottom of the bag. Ideal for bagging items with depth.  Stock sizes from 4” x 2” x 8”  to 30” x 26” x 60” , from 1 – 3 mils thick.		 Side Gussetted Bags on a Roll

Side Gussetted bags on a roll:

  Side gusseted bags on a roll, with each bag separated by a perforation, allowing you to quickly tear off each individual bag for fill and handling.  Stock sizes from 4” x 2” x 8” to 58” x 46” x 125”, from 1- 4 mils thick.
 

Bottom gusseted bags:

Bags with hot knife seals on both sides, and a V-fold on the bottom of the bag that allows the base of the bag to open into a square.  Ideal for bagging items with depth that you want to stand upright.  Please enquire for custom sizes.

Reclosable bags (zipper):

Poly reclosable bags are available in stock sizes from 2” x 2” to 14” x 24”, in 2 ,4, and 6 mils thick.  Custom sizes are available.
